Please notify us immediately if your shipping address changes.
Updating the shipping address in your LTS Account does not affect any previous orders placed under the old address.
You can change the shipping address for any order as long as the order has not been shipped already.
To begin the process, please update the default shipping address in the Address Book of your LTS Account, and then Submit A Request to our support team to let us know of this change. Please provide any applicable order numbers, so that we can update them for you.
We need to be notified about ALL address changes.
Failure to notify us of an address change could result in your package never getting to you.
Please be advised that we ship as addressed to the customer name and shipping address provided for the order. All shipments are processed automatically based on the information that is provided by the customer.
To ensure the best delivery experience, please confirm that both your name and shipping address are correct prior to placing your order. LTS does not cover packages that are stolen, lost, unable to be delivered, or returned due to incorrect name or shipping information provided by the customer.
In the case we are notified about an address change or shipping issue after the order has been processed for shipment, we will make our best effort to intercept the package if it has not left our warehouse yet.
Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
We also reserve the right to refuse shipping to a P.O. box in the event that a P.O. box is provided as a shipping address. If a P.O. box is provided for your order, please keep in might that we might request a home address for delivery at the time of fulfillment.
Returned Packages:
Packages that are Returned to Sender (RTS) due to an address issue are not eligible to be replaced or refunded if lost.
If our team does receive your returned package, we will do our best to notify you immediately about the issue. We require all pre-orders that are RTS to be re-shipped and will not allow cancellations for packages that are RTS due to an address issue.
If you notice that your package is being returned to us due to an address issue, please Submit A Request with your order number(s) and updated shipping address to help expedite the re-shipping process.
Although we should be able to re-ship your package, the original shipping fees will be non-refundable and you will be responsible for the full cost to re-ship the order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer $5 Flat Rate shipping or Free Shipping again for returned packages, if either of these shipping options were originally selected for your order. However, we can change the shipping carrier/method to a cheaper shipping option if requested, and if available (depending on your package's weight and dimensions).
