You can update both your billing and shipping address in the "Address Book" in your LTS account.
You can change the shipping address for any order as long as the order has not been shipped already. Once you have updated your shipping address, please Submit A Request with your order number(s) to let us know that your address has changed. We need to be notified about ALL address changes since these changes have to be updated manually per each order. Failure to notify us of an address change could result in your package being lost.
Please be advised that Lunar Toy Store only ships orders to the customer name and shipping address provided for the order. Please confirm that your name and shipping address is correct prior to placing your order, and notify us of any shipping address changes as soon as possible. LTS is not responsible for packages that are lost, unable to be delivered, or returned due to incorrect name or shipping information provided by the customer. If your package is being returned to us, please contact us and provide the updated shipping address so that your package may be re-shipped. The original shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the order.
In case of a shipping address issue after an order has been processed for shipment, the LTS team will make their best effort to intercept the package if it has not left our warehouse yet. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package and will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
