For pre-orders placed after 1/31/2021:
All orders are charged immediately after checkout. If there are any issues with your payment method, you will be notified via email, and action will be required within 48 hours to secure your order.
For pre-orders placed prior to 1/31/2021:
These orders will adhere to our previous $0 down pre-order policy. Your order will not be processed until all items have arrived and the entire order can be fulfilled.
We know that some pre-orders can take over a year to be released, and many things can change in this time! So, to avoid any risk of losing your pre-order, please let us know right away if your original payment method changes or expires. We will assist you with the next steps in securing your pre-order.
In the event that we attempt to process your order and it declines, we will notify you via email. Please ensure that the best email address is provided for your order so that we can contact you if there are any issues with your payment. After contacting you, we will wait 48 hours for a response before canceling your order. If there is a history of your payment method declining during pre-order processing and we receive no response from you, all open orders will be cancelled and your LTS account will be permanently closed as this is in violation of our pre-order cancellation policy.
