We offer a huge selection of in-stock items online and in-store.
Orders for in-Stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders for Store Pick Up also required a few days to be fully processed. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will be notified via Email through a ZenDesk ticket.
Orders for all in-Stock items are eligible to be canceled as long as they have not been shipped yet.
In general, we can accept returns for in-stock items as long as they have not been opened or used, or if they are defective. Please see "Returns and Exchanges" for details.
We strive to provide the most accurate in-stock availability on our website, but please note that sometimes in-stock items may become unavailable suddenly due to in-store (retail) sales which happen concurrently with our online sales. If any items in your order become unavailable after your order has been processed, we will notify you, process a refund for the unavailable item(s), and automatically proceed in shipping the remainder of your order.
