To cancel an order, please Submit A Request, and our team will be happy to assist you.
In-Stock Items : These orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped yet. If you have already received a tracking number, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Pre-order items : These orders can be canceled anytime prior to the estimated Pre-Order month listed for the item if the order has not been shipped yet. A full refund will be provided if your order was placed prior to 1/1/2022. If your order was placed on or after this date, a 5% fee will be applied to the total refund if the cancelation is requested later than 90 days from the original transaction date. Unfortunately, due to card processor limitations, if the cancelation is requested later than 90 days from the original transaction date, we will have to submit the refund back to you by PayPal. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All sales will be final after the estimated release date, no refunds or return options will be available.
For Pre-Orders placed prior to 1/31/2021:
These orders will follow our previous hassle-free cancelation policy and are eligible to be canceled and/or refunded if paid for up until the expected release month of the item. Please Submit A Request for assistance with canceling these pre-orders.
Chargebacks:
If we receive a chargeback for your order in error or otherwise, your order will automatically be canceled. This is not reversible, as chargebacks are considered forced cancelations and are ultimately in violation of our pre-order policy. These types of cancelations can result in your other orders being canceled and your LTS account being permanently closed.
We kindly ask that you Submit A Request for any cancelation requests or other concerns, so that our Support Team can assist you directly. Our Support Team is available to assist you during normal business hours and are here to answer any questions, as we know many items have been continually delayed by the manufacturer and/or supplier(s).
Please be advised that repeat pre-order cancellation during or after the estimated Pre-Order release month including cancellations due to payment issues are in direct violation of our pre-order cancellation policy and will lead to all orders and LTS account being permanently closed. No future orders will be accepted from you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
