Order Processing Time

We pack and ship orders every business day!

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed prior to being shipped out.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind that order processing time is separate from delivery times. 

Orders placed for Store Pick Up also require a few days of processing time. This is because we have several inventory locations and want to make sure we have your item at the right location when you arrive. We will notify you via our ticketing system as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Queens, NY.
