Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Pre-order products will ship once they are in stock.

We are based in the U.S., so we follow U.S.-release dates. Our release dates are delayed by 2-4 weeks after the initial release date of the item. Please also keep in mind that the release dates on our website are only estimates provided by our suppliers, and these estimates do not include processing and shipping times from our suppliers. Unfortunately, our suppliers have the power to delay these estimates further. The "Next Shipment Preview" on our website contains the latest updates on what items will be arriving at our warehouse soon. 

If you placed an order containing multiple pre-orders prior to 1/31/2021, the order will ship once all items have been received, so that the entire order can be fulfilled.
