Returning a Brand-New Product

The buyer must contact us first before making any kind of return. This policy does not apply to pre-orders placed on or after 2/1/21. 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item after the delivery date (Some items are not covered by the return policy. Please read “Return/Exchange product Exclusion”).

To be eligible for a New (Un-used, and un-opened) product return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition you received it in. We do not accept returns for opened and used products unless the product itself is defective.

• Your item must NOT be a Pre-Order placed on or after 2/1/21.
• Your item must be unopened, in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase (Order number).
• The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping expenses.
• Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Note: If your pre-order was placed prior to1/31/2021, our previous Return Policy applies. These orders are eligible for a return as long as they meet the above criteria. Please Submit A Request for further assistance.
