Refunds for Pre-Orders

Make sure to request any cancelations prior to the item's Pre-Order Due Date.

Pre-order items can be canceled anytime prior to the estimated Pre-Order month listed for the item if the order has not been shipped yet. A full refund will be provided if your order was placed prior to 1/1/2022. If your order was placed on or after this date, a 5% fee will be applied to the total refund if the cancelation is requested later than 90 days from the original transaction date. Unfortunately, due to card processor limitations, if the cancelation is requested later than 90 days from the original transaction date, we will have to submit the refund back to you by PayPal. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All sales will be final after the estimated release date, no refunds or return options will be available.

Please note that we no longer accept returns for pre-orders unless the item itself is defective, or the order was lost/damaged during shipping.

For pre-orders placed prior to 1/31/2021:

These orders will follow our previous hassle-free cancelation policy and are eligible to be canceled and/or refunded if paid for up until the expected release month of the item. Please contact Submit A Request for assistance with canceling these types of pre-orders.
