Refunds for In-Stock Orders

Ordered the wrong thing? Changed your mind?

Orders for all in-stock items are eligible to be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not been shipped yet. Please Submit A Request if you have a return or cancelation request.

Some items are not eligible to be returned. We can accept returns for most items as long as they meet certain criteria. If you want to make a return, please see Returns and Exchanges for details.
