Please review the information below prior to placing any orders for Store Pick Up.
To ensure that your order is ready for pick up at the requested location, please wait for a notification from our Support Team via ZenDesk before picking up your order. FYI- Order confirmations and processing notifications are not store pick up notifications!
Currently, our default pick up location is set to the College Point Retail/Warehouse location (120-07 20th Ave, Queens, NY 11356). All restock is held at this location and new inventory also arrives there, so we are able to process pick up orders a little faster with this location as the default pick up location.
- We can always transfer your order to the 199-13 location if requested. Any older pre-orders that were placed for pick up at the 199-13 location will also be transferred to that location automatically.
- Additionally, staff may let you know if there has been a change in the pick up location depending on where the inventory is currently available. If you aren't able to make it to the specified location, no worries! Please respond to the same ticket and let us know, and we will be happy to transfer your order but it will take a few extra days. Another notification will be sent via ZenDesk when your order has been transferred.
In-Stock Items: Our store requires 1-3 business days of processing time for all Store Pick Up Orders for in stock items. This is because we have multiple inventory locations and two store fronts. We are unable to process same day store pick up orders and we also don't process store pick up orders on weekends or holidays.
Pre-Order Items: In order to expedite the processing time for both shipped and pick up orders, we often begin processing the payment method for pre-order items shortly before the items are expected to arrive in a shipment (for pre-orders that have not been processed under our new policy est. 2/1/21). Any processing notifications you may receive are not store pick up notifications. We want to make sure your item is available and is ready for you when you arrive, so please don't come to pick up your order if you haven't been notified yet. It might not be here! We really appreciate your cooperation!
