Please review the information below prior to placing any orders for Store Pick Up.
We will ask you to provide these at pick up:
- Store Pick Up notification email including the Order Number
- Name and valid government-issued ID
If an alternate person will be picking up your order, please respond to the Store Pick Up notification email prior to picking up the order and provide us with the designated pick up person's name and phone number. We will note this on your order, and will require the designated pick up person to show valid government-issued ID in addition to the Store notification email/order number.
In Stock Orders
Our store requires 1-3 business days of processing time for all Store Pick Up Orders for in stock items. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Just like shipped orders, Store Pick Up orders require processing time for payment verification and inventory purposes that are outside of our staff's control. Store Pick Ups are processed at our offsite warehouse, where we receive all shipments, therefore we are unable to process Same-Day store pick up orders. We recommend visiting our retail store for your urgent shopping needs, we will be more than happy to assist you.
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification from our Support Team via our customer service platform (ZenDesk). Please note, that order confirmations and other processing notifications are not Pick Up notifications!
Our default pick up location for new orders is set to our main retail store location (199-13 32nd Ave location). All inventory that is stocked at our store comes from our College Point Warehouse location, where we receive all shipments.
- Any older pre-orders that were placed for pick up at the College Point location (120-07 20th Ave) when it was open for retail may be transferred to the 199-13 32nd Ave location if requested. If you aren't able to make it to the specified location, no worries! Please respond to the notification ticket and let us know, and we will be happy to transfer your order but it will take a few extra days. Another notification will be sent via ZenDesk when your order has been transferred.
Pre-Orders
Our Next Shipment Preview provides estimated arrival dates for incoming shipments. All shipments have to be processed into our system and may require additional processing time depending on the volume of items received. You will receive a notification from our Support Team via our customer service platform (ZenDesk) when your item has been successfully transferred to the designated Store Pick Up location and is ready for pick up.
