- Pre-orders are collected immediately after checkout.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime prior to the estimated Pre-Order release month listed for the item, if the order has not been shipped yet. We will provide courtesy cancellations if the order cannot be fulfilled by our supplier or if the original order price for the item has been changed due to the manufacturer. A full refund will be provided if your order was placed prior to 1/1/2022. If your order was placed on or after this date, a 5% fee will be applied to the total refund if the cancellation is requested later than 90 days from the original transaction date. This is due to card processor limitations. If the cancellation is requested later than 90 days from the original transaction date, we will have to submit the refund back to you by PayPal. We apologize for any inconvenience.
For pre-orders placed prior to 1/31/2021:These orders will follow our previous hassle-free cancelation policy and are eligible to be canceled and/or refunded if paid for up until the expected release month of the item. Please contact Submit A Request for assistance with canceling these types of pre-orders
- Repeat pre-order cancellation during or after the estimated Pre-Order release month including cancellations due to payment issues are in direct violation of our pre-order cancellation policy and will lead to all orders and LTS account being permanently closed.
- Some Pre-order items will require a non-refundable commitment after purchase. Those requirements will be stated in the product description. We reserve the right to request a non-refundable commitment on a case-to-case basis. We will reach out to any customer we deem to require to pay a non-refundable commitment to secure their pre-order.
- Pre-orders can take up to a month or more to arrive after the estimated release date due to several reasons beyond our control (manufacturer, shipping, global shortages, etc.). Arrival times will also vary depending on our supplier's processing times. Our suppliers have the power to delay any pre-orders and we do not know what will be arriving until our Suppliers have processed the shipment with the list of items that will be arriving. Our Next Shipment Preview contains the latest information on what will be arriving at our warehouse. We may be able to provide courtesy cancellations for extremely delayed orders, however, these types of cancellations are still outside of our pre-order policy and are not guaranteed.
- We don't accept returns for pre-orders placed on and after 2/1/21. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please Submit A Request.
- Pre-order items cannot be combined with any other item with a different SKU in the same order. Only one pre-order product SKU at check out. This helps us expedite orders!
- If you placed an order containing multiple pre-order items prior to 1/31/2021, your order will not be shipped until ALL items have arrived, so the entire order can be fulfilled. Otherwise, pre-orders will ship once they are in stock.
