Pre-Orders for Hobby Items

Due to ongoing issues surrounding the supply, demand, and shipping for all BANDAI hobby items, we are not able to guarantee pre-order quantities to our customers for BANDAI hobby items.

Estimated production months, release dates, and arrival times for BANDAI hobby items are all solely provided by our supplier/s and are subject to change at any time, without notice. We do not typically receive confirmations for seasonal hobby productions in a timely manner and, in some severe cases, do not know our supplier's fulfillable quantity until after the production, or when the item is shipped to us. We may also not receive our entire requested order quantity for a single production in one shipment, and therefore may not be able to fulfill all preorders at the same time. At times, our supplier is not able to provide us units for a single production as we originally requested and expected. As a result, we may have to fulfill your order by a subsequent production.

For this reason, pre-orders for BANDAI hobby items will be considered backorders.

Pre-orders for hobby items will be fulfilled in the order that we receive them in, depending on our supplier’s shipped quantity to us.

Rest assured, cancellation requests for hobby pre-orders will be handled with greater flexibility on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to contact our support team with any questions or concerns, and we will be happy to assist you. 

Note: In order to facilitate a sense of fairness in a hobby that has seen an increase in scalping in the last year, certain items will be limited per household. Pre-orders for multiple units of the same hobby SKUs may be limited depending on our received quantity as well.
