In the event that your item arrives damaged due to shipment, please Submit A Request with your order details and pictures of the damages so we can assist you further.
Please note that box condition is not covered under our exchange policy, only defective items or damages to the item itself are covered under our exchange policy depending on our stock availability (See Exchanging a Defective Product for more details on this policy). If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can accept a return for your order within 14 calendar days of purchase (this excludes Pre-Orders placed on or after 2/1/21).
